Four stores later, I have all of the items for my student's backpack. Today he & his dad are coming up to the church to pick it up. As I was pulling in, I thought I should bring everything into the office--after all, I'd hate for his crayons to melt. I toss the backpack on my back, grab the extra bag (b/c not everything fit in the backpack), and realized this was ridiculously heavy!
In five hours, I get to give him his backpack! I can't wait! I picked up a handful of items that weren't on his list b/c I thought they were something he would enjoy. :-)
